In the Nansa Valley, between the sea and the mountain, lies Primorias, an old Cantabrian large house remodeled following the guidelines of the local architecture.

This cattle property is located 2 km from the town of Camijanes. An ideal place to walk, read, enjoy the landscape or even to participate in the field works.

Primorias is located 12 km of beaches of San Vicente de la Barquera or Pechón and the natural park of Oyamante, near the Picos de Europa and of the national park of Covadonga. 25 km of Villa de Llanes and towards Santander a few Kilometers of Santillana del Mar.

The property is distributed in 4 houses, all of them ample, with fireplace and equipped with kitchenware and linens. Decorated in a rustic and cozy style.

House A (for 8 people).

Distributed in 3 floors.

- In the lower floor is the bath, with washing machine and the kitchen with American bar opened to the dining room and to the hall, and a terrace in the back of the house.

- First floor: 3 bedrooms, one with double bed, and two doubles.

- In the second floor, the fourth room, also a double room. Equipped with central heating.

House B (for 6 people).

Also distributed in 3 floors.

- In the lower floor is the bath, with washing machine, the kitchen and the dining room. – Climbing the stairs we find a living room and one of the double rooms.

- The second floor has two double rooms and is also equipped with central heating.

House C (for 6 people).

House with only one floor, with its hall, the kitchen opened to the dining room with an American bar, the bath with washing machine and three double rooms. In the entrance it has a small garden.

House D (for 4 people).

Also with one floor. The kitchen, the dining room and the hall are all in one space. A double room and other with double bed. Large window that overlooks the small garden in the back of the house. In winter it is equipped with radiators.

How To Get There

Primorías is located 2 km of the Town of Camijanes, in the region of Saja-Nansa, Region of Herrerías. From the village there is a small road, in front of the Bar Cosío, at the left hand side if you come from the N-634 Santander-Oviedo that leads to the property crossing the bridge on the Nansa river.
